Wade is a visionary entrepreneur and patented inventor, dedicated to hemp research and development focusing on industrial hemp building products. His forte is collaborating/consulting with other leaders in the ever-involving industrial hemp trade. 

One of his main goals is to revolutionize the mass production of modular homes, utilizing his patent pending processes to create 

mass produced carbon negative homes. 

As a true industrial hemp pioneer actively pushing the boundaries of research, identifying the best genetics to get the most biomass per acre for hemp-based building products, he has developed an insight few people enjoy. 

Wade is currently the president of the Hemp Farmers Guild, a 501c3 nonprofit founded by the legendary hemp OG, Chris Boucher.

By nature an environmental advocate, Wade is on a mission to show the world that industrial hemp can not only heal our farmland and create another healthy, viable crop for our farmers. It is also an environmentally sustainable way to build houses that are not just affordable, but healthy to manufacture and healthy to live in, with no toxic off-gassing materials used.

Industrial hemp of course has countless uses. “Our clothing needs to go back to being made from hemp,” says Wade, “along with our paints, our fuels, plastics. There’s thousands of other uses for industrial hemp....

“My vision of industrial hemp has in part been shaped by living at the Riverdale Hemp Gin for the past 3+ years. Tom Pires and his team here at Riverdale have converted this multi-million-dollar cotton gin over to decorticate hemp. 

"In the Spring of 2024, they planted for their fourth year testing different varieties and strains to see what works best in Central California.”

Wade and his team have purchased a 71,000 square-foot building near the Riverdale gin and have raised over 3 million dollars in VC funding to build an industrial hemp batt insulation manufacturing factory, as well as their industrial hemp insulation spray machines, right alongside their modular Tiny Hemp Homes mass production facility.
