For 20+ years, Linda Delair, LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Permaculturist, has continuously worked in the building industry, specializing in project management, residential remodeling, interior design, space planning, owner’s representative, liaison between manufacturers, trades people, the design community, clients, and as a “Green Living” consultant and presenter. 

In 2012 she was introduced to the Hemp plant and came to know it as a Medicine for the Earth. 2013 – 2016 she was Grassroots Organizer, Event Coordinator and California Outreach Coordinator for Hempstead Project HEART (Hemp Energies Alternative Resource Technologies). From 2018-2020 she was NorCal Regional Director for the California Hemp Association. 

Today, she actively promotes and participates in the construction of Hempcrete/Hemplime, a lightweight, mold resistant, insulating, non-flammable building material with a negative carbon footprint.
